Location of this resort is best but their rooms, appliances (AC, freezer), geyser & services to room are pathetic. Our chek in time was 1pm & they gave us room at 5pm that too stinky, uncleaned & appliances such as freeze & geyser not working. I had to chase them 20+ times to get the room changed & other room had same problems. No one was there to take responsibility to provide good services to their guests. Food quality was average. The bathroom door had no locks. This resort had all the problems that a guest would never like. I would never recommend this resort to any of friends & family.

It was an absolutely wonderful property with praiseworthy service. The hotel staff was picking up calls within 2 seconds even at 2am. Loved the property and rooms. Definitely worth multiple visits. Our entire group of 150 had a great experience here

Great place to stay! Manager is passionate and humble. We were there with a group of 85 people. We had a great time. Good food and location is between the mountains. I strongly recommend it to everyone

Worst resort ever visit Third class facilities no service no clean rooms , dirty rooms as they have not cleaned rooms since ages Staff has no manners at all no sense of management, even the main manager doesn’t know about their own hotel If we ask about facilities they give us threats of police and even blames the customers for the wrong things Not satisfied for the food The game zone is area is 70% damaged No sense of talking to their customers Worst experience ever, never visit this resort. We have taken 10 rooms and only one room has completely no hot water there is only 10 people to handle resort. Please you don’t go in these resort.

If 0 Star is available will give 0 Star for this resort. Rooms are not Cleaned and Rooms needs to much more maintenance. Resort is at remote location and far away from city at Jaldi Road, Naya Khera. Apart from all things staff is very cooperative.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
