I spent a day in the houseboat and the night at the resort. The room was neat and clean and offered all we needed. I tried the outdoor shower and had an awesome experience. The parc is specifically pleasant and peaceful, with local vegetation growing up everywhere. The boat ride was really nice too. The boat itself is really comfy. We had a few stops to sip up some coconut, we could check out the rice plantations from close up, and also went in between the houses in a canoe. This was an insight on local life. The staff was really nice and helpful.

Spent an idyllic 3 days at Palm Grove. The property truly lives up to its name. It is beautifully laid out and is maintained very well. The food is excellent. Each day's menu was a surprise and a delight. The swimming pool is an added attraction. To top it all, is the warm hospitality and the courteous behavior of every member of the staff.

The location of the property is its biggest USP. The view from the resort is absolutely stunning. You will wake up to the backwaters right in front of the room. Since it's close to the jetty and the finishing point ( of the famous Nehru Cup) you will see a numerous boats of various sizes throught the day. The property manager was kind enough to provide us contacts for local transport and boat rides. You can expect the staff of the property to provide you with limited assistance, but go about their job efficiently. The property itself needs upkeep and maintenance. The rooms are basic and come with open shower & an idealic sit out. As long you don't expect 4/5 star amenities this property works. The swimming pool was not functional. The breakfast was functional and and the spread was limited. However, the local delicacies were good. Choose the place for the brilliant location, visit the beaches, see the local sites ( island, elephant ride, etc. ), experience the boat ride and try the local restaurants.

A home away from home! We were a family of 12 and came for a cousins reunion! Had the most beautiful time in this lovely resort! Everything about this place was spot on.. food, location, ambience, staff!! Philips, took such great care of us and made our trip even more memorable. Thank you

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
