This property is located on the main highway and well connected by road network. The hotel staff takes genuine interest to ensure the highest comfort of their guests.The owners also make it a point to make the guests a priority. Don't be surprised if you get an intimation call in your room in the mornings for the buffet breakfast in case you're about to miss it for any reason. The restaurant staff and the waiters are prompt and courteous while trying to exceed your expectations during service. Overall a real value for money hotel.

If you are traveling on the Mumbai Agra highway, then the location of this hotel is very good. The overall ambiance is very good. The food is excellent. The dining area is very neat and clean. The staff are very supportive. The room floor needs repairs for floor papers. The service is very good. You must experience the breakfast and buffet dinner at Papaya Kitchen. Downsides: 1. There is an open gutter at the entry of the hotel, that generates a foul smell at the entry. Indore Municipal Corporation must look into it. 2. Please take care of early check-in. The hotel charges heavily if you are checking in before 12 noon. I checked out next day at 8 pm (giving full day charge) and also need to pay extra for early check in on day 1(at 7:30am). For 36 hours of stay, I paid 2.5 days charges.

I went with my friends on my bday. We took 899rs buffet at dinner. My experience was terrible. You can read the pathetic service below. Poor service: A lady was doing all the jobs. She was even forgetting what we have ordered. Then they will stare at you like you have eaten their soul. High price: 90rs for a diet Coke and we never asked for water, but they gave and charged for that. Cold food: May be left over material from morning, even one family argued. Poor food: Mutton is full of skeleton. (May be bcz, goat was old)

I had a wonderful experience at the Papaya Tree .Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The rooms were clean, very comfortable.Excellent food. Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Definitely fine dining.Thank you!

Pathetic service & responce from staff. Delayed room service, not lifting phone most of times. Misplaced/ theft daily use items during room cleaning. No food varity in breakfast. Non professional behavior by team. Avoid staying (I stayed for 2 nights- 28 & 29 dec-23)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
