Point - Do not book if you are in a thought that room heater would save you from chilling temperatures. They won't switch on even when you ask for it. They only switched it on for couple of hours during our 2 days stay and at middle of night the room was back freezing.. 😤😤😤 Pathetic hotel w.r.t this point. They gave a small heater which hardly made any difference. Even the floor carpet is dirty. Rest of aspects were good. Good location. Food was decent and good. Got a great view from our window. Hot water was working good. Bed heater was available to save our as* in the freaking freezing nights. They didn't switch on the room heater 🤧🤧😡😡. Bed was only warm place to survive. 😍 Loved the beautiful view from the room. Only if they had that heater going on it would have been a complete satisfactory stay.. 😡😡

Excellent service , room and food !! The view from the room is breath taking ! Even though there were some maintenance working going on they ensured that it didn't disturb us ! Tha ks for the memorable experiences

Pros: Room size is good. Friendly staff. No complaints with service. Though very few options available for breakfast but everything we ordered tasted good. Cons: Rooms were not clean. Floor, mats, almirah etc were really dirty. Curtains were not proper in the washroom. Location is approx 2km away from pahalgam main market. Very few shops and no restaurents around this location.

Normally room rent Rs. 1000-1500/- & for Annex 2000-2500/- for on spot booking. Main Problem electricity, charging point and light available 24 hrs. But without power hot water available from 8 pm to 10 am. So before booking talk about hot watey service . Room service ok friendly service boy. Location beside the roadside but not river side.

Food was unhygienic. Lack of Cleanliness. Opportunist staff and charged higher than the actual tariff. Not recommended. Too far from the main market. Only Mr Umar was good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
