Akshay was very helpful during the booking and also during the stay. Very quick on responding to our queries and guiding us properly. We had an amazing stay for 2 days. Food is really good and staff don't make false promise on how much time need for the food to deliver. Enjoyed the Pool and other water activities during the stay.

Located at very good place. Can enjoy the day within the premises of the resort as the place is very well maintained. The service is very good and the staff are very friendly and attentive. I have caught two fishes and I was informed that they can cook for me, but I left back to water. Also can spend entire day fishing/angling here, the resort will provide the fishing rod and bait food. There are various other paid water activities as well

My experience of this resort was okay. Room allotted to us was not that great. There was hurdle on your head at the washroom, low lighting. Initially they haven’t provided Basic amenities like toothpaste, brush etc. we had to ask for those and then they provided. Wifi at the room was very poor. Room kettle was not working. I had to raise this issue to Manager and then they replaced it. However they compensate this with complimentary dinner. Staff at the resort was quite courteous. I enjoyed the ambience (backwater view was really great) & specially the evening with karaoke nights.

The property is one of the best locations but it's not maintained at all. The rooms smell dingy and are really old. There is no adequate light in the rooms and absolutely not worth the cost. The pool was not clean and the deck around it had so many ants you could hardly sit there. The restaurant has a great view and good food and service. The staff working was very cordial and helpful.

such a pleasant place to stay away from the city and crowd, and no compromise in safety too. I'm very much satisfied with their customer service and food. views were not the same as in the photos but still you can enjoy a lot over there, definitely the best in the city.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
