I recently had the pleasure of staying at this remarkable hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. Offering exceptional value for money, the array of breakfast options was truly impressive, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. It is so convenient in regard to transportation, sandal soup factory station is a walking distance. Additionally, a shopping mall is a walking distance too. The amiable and sincere crew members made my stay even more enjoyable, consistently going the extra mile to ensure a comfortable experience. I was particularly impressed by the manager's exceptional level of cooperation, as they readily accommodated my request to store my luggage securely for a couple of days. Overall, my stay was not only pleasant but also highlighted the genuine dedication of the staff towards providing an excellent guest experience.

The hotel provided decently clean and adequately furnished rooms, offering a satisfactory level of comfort. The food quality was acceptable, and the service, while courteous, didn't particularly stand out, resulting in a mid-average experience overall.

I stayed at this property with my wife for 5 days. I should say the new management has done a fantastic job. I have stayed here previously before its partition from Parijatha Grand. A lot of improvement seen. Good buffet breakfast. Housekeeping team excellent with their prompt response and very clean in their work. The lady in charge of housekeeping has to be mentioned for her tenacity and activeness towards her duty. Kudos!! A special mention to the manager, Mr. Lingaraj, and his front office team who went out of their way to make our stay even better. Last but not least, the restaurant team. Wonderful service and polite behavior of staff members. Food was good. The only drawback is that for dinner they serve only North Indian and Chinese. My take on this is that they should serve South Indian tiffin items for dinner too. All in all a very pleasant stay and thanks to all for a job well done. Will definitely suggest this hotel, Parijatha Gateway, to everyone. Please note that I'm talking about Parijatha Gateway and not Parijatha Grand which is adjacently located. I have not yet had a chance to stay there yet. Will do so in the future. Fyi, they have underground parking space. Cheers!!👍 🙏

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
