The rooms are a bit tiny for my liking. The TV didn't work. The pass key to enter the room also didn't work. So, we had to use a manual key all the time. But the staff were very nice. The location is also very good.

Basic amenity of hot water was not provided by the staff. Did not help change rooms to accommodate it too. I had paid for breakfast too but still person at reception was saying I need to pay for breakfast. Rooms are very small. Do not recommend anyone to stay here.

Tiny room sealed with walls on all sides with no access for fresh air. Corridors also sealed with walls. Due to this, odour in the room is bad and doesn't go away even when room freshner was used. Cannot call this 3 star hotel. I paid 3.2k per night and would recommend to look for better options at this price. Also paid 1k extra for 2 hours of early checkin. Front Desk Staff was not friendly and not helpful for room service. Overall a bad experience.

Very nice stay. Near us embassy and Apollo hospital. Staffs are friendly and helpful each and everything .. front dest and manager very very friendly and help us to lot. Thank you so much for everything. Over all It's great stay.

The rooms are small & not worth the tariff charged by the hotel. The bathroom is unclean. The location is good as one gets many option for food. B/f at this hotel is just ordinary.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
