Everything about our stay at Hotel Park Grand was Grand. From the time we entered the staff was very welcoming. The rooms were very very clean there was a refrigerator in room and plenty of lighting and outlets in room.. We had forgotten a hair dryer and was provided one to borrow along with an iron. The attendant on our floor was very attentive and met request promptly. The restroom in lobby was clean and smelled fresh. The restaurant was an Amazing experience the wait staff was very attentive and the food was delicious and taste fresh. Highly recommend the Kimchi Salad the vegetables used were fresh and crisp. There was live music which was a welcoming setting while enjoying our meal. The entire staff is top notch professionals and each of there jobs. Highly highly recommend this hotel. Best hotel stay experience so far on our travels.

Beautiful Hotel suitable for parties ,ladies sangeet n 175 guests gatherings. Hotel management n Hospitality staff is very cooperative n swift ,icing on the cake is mouthwatering food. Live music by Bijon das versatile singer is treat for music lovers.

I was in the shoot and after shoot I just took 4 bottles of complimentry water so that i can drink water while travling to home. But the management of the hotel is so cheap and said me to put back all the bottles if u pick another bottle and that was so fuddu harkat. As a photographer we travel alot and sometimes we dont have other source of water while traveling . But behaviour of the staf is very rude and authertable , so i will not recommending u to visit this hotel. Based on true event.

Room is comfortable but the sofa chair looks very dirty and we spotted 2 small cockroaches in our room. Yikes. The location is good and staffs are friendly. The breakfast is horrible though. Coffee and omelette both are not nice.

-Awesome sitting experience at Mad Over Spices. We ordered Pranthe and man it was so delicious. - Place is really warm, ambience and remarkable. - Quality of the food Good and most delicious foods. - Staff behavior also good and ADITI have good knowledge of how to deal with the customers. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
