It was a chance visit to the holy city and we made a casual stay at Park Inn by Radisson with family( Oct 22-23, 2023). However the service experience at the hotel left us with awesome feel of satisfaction. From airport pick up to front desk and room service and the restaurant we were treated really very special by the staff. We highly recommend this stay for quality of its service and very comfortable facilities they provide. I am compelled to repeat that the courteous service by staff was heartwarming and Radisson must feel proud of such well trained human interface, we will definitely repeat staying here whenever we visit next. Thanks you very much.

I stayed at Park Inn by Radisson Amritsar and had a fantastic experience. The staff's hospitality was outstanding, memorable stay. The room was comfortable, the bathroom clean, and the food was so delicious.making my overall stay exceptionally enjoyable.

The service was very good. Our room was upgraded free of charge. That was great customer service. Food at the restaurant was good but limited choice. Breakfast was included in room price with booking and the breakfast was good as well. Room and bathroom was very clean and tidy. Highly recommend this hotel. It's only 7 mins drive from the airport and transfer to teg airport was also provided. Overall, great service.

This was first stay with Dhwani (my little one 8months old). * The staff was supportive and helpful. *The complimentary facilities for the baby were really good. The food provided for her by the staff was mashed khichadi,oats which was as per my need. The crib facility made her comfortable. *And for us, the location and food was really nice. Thanks to the team for making our stay comfortable 🙂

Stay was comfortable, in house dining needs a little more improvement on timeline commitment. Parking wait time could be managed better, since I have to wait for apprx. 6 min to get to lobby before check in. There was a blockage in the passage due to ill managed traffic. Rest all good, Staff is polite and Humble.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
