I checked into this hotel with my wife, one 7-year-old kid and 1 infant Jan 24. My whole package was booked by make my trip. When I asked extra bed for my kids with a hotel which was included in my package, Mr Rajesh who was supposed to be the manager reacted very arrogantly. The behaviour of the staff was very bad except the chef of the hotel. During the whole issue make my trip was just making a promise to resolve the issue, But they did nothing. If you want to book the hotel with the expectation of good hospitality even average hospitality. You should not consider this one.

I liked the property But the management and the staff is arrogant and don’t have the professionalism and doesn’t know how to handle customers as I got some alcohol from outside because at the check in there’s no information given by the staff that there’s a bar and outside liquor is not allowed. The staff arrogantly said that you should be reading the complete details as given in the form for a traveller all we need is comfort and friendly staff. Not wasting our time on details reading on any policy. I suggest you never to come to the hotel due to the inconvinience of comfort and the staff mainly.

The worst hotel I have ever stayed . There is no one in the hotel to take care of you at night . The telephones are not working , no reception person . No housekeeping . I came in the entered , the toilets were not clean , the towels were dirty . I went back to reception , no one picked the phone. They didn’t return our ID cards also .. Again came back , no wifi connection. . Went back again to reception . People here are taking free salaries from the owner . Or May be the owner does not know how to run the business . Absolutely empty staff in the hotel . You are on your own as a guest ! Not recommended at all ……

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Park Regis Goa. My stay was marred by a mandatory purchase of their New Year Gala Dinner program, a far cry from the festive celebration I expected. The event featured outdated songs performed by singers who lacked enthusiasm and talent, the entire staff was busy pleasing their chairman, and it was more a corporate annual meet of their staff on our cost. Furthermore, the general atmosphere and service at the hotel were subpar. The staff's behavior was unprofessional, bordering on intimidating, as they interacted with guests in a manner far from the hospitable and welcoming standard one expects from a 5 Star hotel of this category. In every aspect, from the forced event participation to the unsatisfactory level of service and ambiance, Park Regis Goa fell short of providing a pleasant experience. I recommend against staying at this hotel, as it fails to deliver the quality and comfort that are essential for a memorable stay.

23h26 on 01 January 2024. Our rooms, 11 people have not been allocated yet. 6 Adults, 5 minors. Traveled all day and told the kitchen cannot accommodate us. By the way we were here from around 20h00. The twin superior rooms, supposedly for four people, are two single beds. Rajesh the manager tried to assist in the room issues however it got worse. Family 1: Room was damp. Taken to a superior room, that apparently was checked out on the day in question. Dust and cobwebs behind pedestals. See attached pictures. Family 2: Walks into a deluxe room and a rat runs out. Family 3: Walked into an allocated room that was occupied with half naked people. This is not a 5 star hotel. At best possibly 2 star. Never been offered a meal or something to drink by management. A popular brand that is misleading people in Goa. At 23h58 we are trying to find a 5 star hotel in the area. 3 nights booked and paid for. A total waste of money. Save yourself grief and avoid this hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
