Restaurant is well located in close proximity to local eateries and tourist spots. Staff is helpful and pleasant. Restaurant is pure veg and the dinner we had was tasty. Although did not like the complimentary breafast items that much but they were okaish. Given the price was expecting the rooms to be top notch but they were giving the vibe of an old property from inside. Lobby and waiting area , garden and swimming pool are well maintained. We got an lake side room with a good view. We could not enjoy the surroundings as the lights were turned off at 10pm which sounded illogical and cost cutting to me as people only come back to hotel for the night. Swimming pool water was too cold to be usable during winter. Overall stay was good with helpful staff all around.

My recent stay at Patang Residency Saputara was marred not only by a malfunctioning air conditioning unit but also by an unprofessional encounter with the manager, adding another layer to my disappointment. Despite multiple attempts to repair the persistently faulty AC in my Premium Lake Facing Room, the issue persisted, limiting its functionality to a mere 40 minutes. This ongoing inconvenience significantly detracted from the quality of my two-night stay. Compounding my dissatisfaction, the manager's response to my concerns was shockingly unprofessional. Instead of addressing the issues with the necessary urgency and professionalism, their demeanor and handling of the situation fell far below the expected standards. This unprofessionalism further intensified my frustration and cast a shadow over what was supposed to be a pleasant stay. I had expected a higher level of service and accountability from the management of a hotel that positions itself as a premium establishment. Regrettably, my experience with both the faulty amenities and unprofessional management has left me deeply dissatisfied. I feel compelled to share this comprehensive feedback as a cautionary tale for potential guests. Patang Residency Saputara's failure to address not only technical issues but also to handle them professionally reflects poorly on the overall quality of service. My sincere hope is that this review prompts necessary improvements for the benefit of future guests.

Unprofessional staff and worst experience . Upon requesting to change my accommodation dates, they denied and charged me extra which were not justified in the bill and MMT. Have wasted 20k on booking with no response to my request. Waste of time, money and energy!!!!!

I am Mr. Chetan Golwala I check in at Hotel Patang Residency saputara on 8th July 23rd. I really liked the hotel.service there is awesome. staff there co-perates very well. food of the hotel is very good in taste.There is a lot of variety and very good in the morning breakfast too. i got 100% satisfaction in patang hotel I would like to thanks all the hotel staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
