The hotel situated within the city. Distance to Domestic Airport is 10 KM. Amble parking space available. Two air-conditioned bars are there. The non-executive bar is very crowded. But the Security Guards there ensure the peace. The rooms are also good quality rooms are available.

We took a stop here on our visit to Trivandrum. It is very well maintained hotel. Rooms were clean and hygiene. Hotel staff were very responsive/friendly. There is a Restaurant within the hotel. Food was tasty for our dinner. But, for the breakfast, there is not much varieties and taste wasn't that great. It was just okay. I wouldn't prefer breakfast along with room.

It was a great experience and I’m really enjoyed. I came to know about this Hotel 3 years back still they maintaining the quality of service and service excellent. The Manager Mr Vishnu gave me good guidance in all aspects, thanks Vishnu for great service. Matter of fact the front desk manager and other staffs are very good and generous. My wife was very happy about the service, keep it up and in future I will stay only in Royal Pattom. Reasonable rates, thanks love you all .

One of the most unprofessional hotel team, inspite of sending the reservation mail, no response however to my surprise upon reaching the hotel get to know that there are no rooms available. Least one expects is response. Last time they made me.delete the negative comment which was posted by me on charging me for a brok glass, glass was broken by earlier guest. suchita the reservation manager forced me to remove the review for which I agreed thinking let it go. No point you being in their so called corporate list.

Overall, I had a great time at the hotel, the staff was quite helpful and the amenities were excellent, with amazing food. The room was clean and ideal. The executive Bar is my favourite, which has a nice ambience. The employees, especially Mr. Arun provided the best hospitality with delicious food. Kudos to the service, I would definitely visit again and recommend it to a friend.

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
