Rooms were good and well maintained. Swimming pool was really clean. The staff were helpful whenever required. Worth stay! The best part was the restaurant. They are specialists in North Indian food and the quantity was very good for the price. RK the restaurant staff was helpful with customizing food for my daughter who was just 2.5 years. The kitchen was clean and well maintained. Though the breakfast is free with limited choices, one can request for additional items on the menu. Overall very good experience.

A good hotel with value for money. Rooms are nice and clean but privacy could be a concern. Two attached rooms have a very thin partition and talks in one room can be heard in the next. Swimming pool wasn't very clean that me not use it at all :P Their restaurant isn't very great.. serves breakfast only.. and other times they procure for from outside. They do not serve you water aswell, need to purchase bottled water only. The staff were good but not mature enough to understand customer issues and take satisfactory action.

This is a decent economical place. It has ambience like resort and rooms like a hotel. They have good ac and provide 2 bottles of water a day. Decent service. They have a small table and two chairs placed in front of every room. The restaurant has fixed breakfast menu. They serve 2 variety items with tea/coffee from 8-10am. They also have a small pool. They provide Oyo standard bath lotion and a soap. A villa is split into two rooms with false walls, rooms are not sound proof. Their bed linens and bath towels could be cleaner. We stayed here for 3 days and they didn't clean our room at all. It will be good if they clean rooms everyday. But it is a good deal for stay in Morjim considering their economical rate.

Great new place with a pool and gorgeous ambience. The rooms really are as good as they seem in pictures, and the outdoor seating is so good. Since they were new, I would have appreciated the information. No rugs, could use more frequent towel changes and housekeeping. Very highly recommended, inspite of all the flaws. Especially great for couples who intend on spending a good deal of time on the bed, if you catch my drift.

Rooms are quite big spacious and clean, staff is very helpful in all manners. Special mention to swimming pool which has been maintained cleanly, you can use it from 8 AM to 7 PM. It’s hardly 1km from Morjim beach. Recently, they have hired new caterer to serve food which is very decent in price but the waiter who serves food doesn’t have proper sense on how to speak with guests. So all guests go outside to have dinner/ lunch. Due to this issue I have removed one ⭐️ from rating.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
