We booked this hotel for a short family trip with our parents. It was very cold and they only provide one comforter that too AC comforter a light one. When we asked for extra blankets they told me they will ask for extra cash. Very disappointing. The room was very cold, it was difficult for us and specially our parents. The rooms were small, and very compact. The towels were also dirty. I won't recommend this to anyone. Over priced and not worth it.

I had a terrible experience at the Dwarkesh hotel. The rooms were very very small, barely enough space to move around. It was very cold outside and they only provided a single comforter like blanket for the bed. We had asked for another blanket but the staff told us to pay extra for it. The window wasn't closing properly, so the chill air was coming in the room, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was a waste of money and time.

One of the worst hotel i have been to. One of the most uncooperative manger i have met named mr. Raja. We opted for executive room but he gave me deluxe room for the price of executive one. Bathroom was of the size of Matchbox. They sent different photos of rooms but given the different one. They ensured is there is a good space for driver but later on we had to make him stay on another place with extra price. They didn't even return the drivers amount. This is just a trailer of our worst experience. This is a genuine request please don't come here and waste your time, money and energy here as the staff is really uncooperative. Thanks

The manager needs to be immediately changed ... The manager is unqualified to have this position.. he thinks that he owns this hotel and runs the show on his own terms.. for us we, we experienced The worst service ever... there was no service at all... we felt like they were doing us a favor by letting us stay in this stupid place ... I will never visit any hotel with perfect stayz nor I will recommend anyone to do so... only book with them If you want to donate them money... Also they are paying 100 rs for giving them a good 5 star review so that more and more people get scammed. THE WHOLE DWARKESH HOTEL IS A SCAM

Serene and comfortable property. The location, ambience, hospitality and cleanliness are well taken care of. Spacious rooms especially family suite is great to stay. Staff is very courteous and humble.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
