It's an excellent choice for those who checking for a hotel with an amazing view, calm environment added with an in-house restaurant. Located on the outskirts of Lansdowne (7km dist.). Safe Car Parking and bonfire/music activities at night are an added advantage. Go for a super deluxe room (corner room) for a better view. They also arrange for a wildlife safari with pickup & drop though it's not much worth experiencing. The food service could have been better.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was a superb location with great balcony views. Bonfire and music was also good. Additionally, the balcony seating of the corner rooms had 2 directional scenic views, great for a balcony party... Overall, perhaps the best stay location in landsdowne. Cheers...

Periyar Herbal Resort in Lansdowne is an absolute gem for nature enthusiasts! My recent visit left me awe-inspired and rejuvenated. Surrounded by lush greenery and nestled amidst the serene nature, the resort offers an unparalleled experience of being in harmony with nature. From the moment I arrived, the warm hospitality with a glass of Buransh juice and attentive staff made me feel right at home. The beautifully designed hotel rooms blended seamlessly with the picturesque landscape, providing a peaceful and comfortable retreat. Waking up to the chirping of birds, and the gentle rustling of leaves was a surreal experience. Playing with the small puppy dog is an amazing experience. Fox visibility at a distance deep in the forest from the balcony of the room is an excellent experience. What truly sets this resort apart is the breathtaking sunrise view. I can confidently say that witnessing the sunrise from Periyar Herbal Resort was one of the most mesmerizing moments of my life. The hues of orange and pink painted the sky, creating a magical ambience that’s hard to put into words. Whether you’re a solo traveler seeking solitude or a family looking for a memorable vacation, Periyar Herbal Resort caters to all. The resort offers a range of activities, including nature walks, birdwatching, and a chance to explore the nearby attractions. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
