Upon our arrival at Picaddle Luxury Boutique Resort on November 11, 2023, for a 4-day, 3-night family vacation with the expectation of experiencing leisure and relaxation, we were met with a disheartening reality that sharply contrasted the enticing images presented on online booking platforms. The discrepancy between the online portrayal, captured in a wide-angled landscape mode to create an illusion of expansiveness, and the actual dimensions of the property was glaring. Despite this initial letdown, we proceeded with the check-in process. However, the reception we received lacked any welcoming gestures; the completion of formalities merely culminated in the handing over of our key card, and we were directed to our room with the assistance of a bellboy who, unfortunately, overlooked a bag. Upon entering our assigned room, our disappointment deepened as we discovered it to be both cramped and devoid of windows. The narrow passages, malfunctioning lights, broken bathroom fixtures, and a toothbrush adorned with hair raised serious concerns about the overall maintenance of the facility. The room's design contributed to a cluttered and disorderly atmosphere, and the discomfort extended to the mattress, which provided no support, causing one to uncomfortably sink. The sofa cum bed, constructed with springs, proved to be even less accommodating. Regrettably, our dining experience failed to salvage our stay. The breakfast offerings were mediocre, and the restaurant service, coupled with exorbitant prices, left much to be desired. Adding to our challenges, one night our child requested milk. Despite numerous calls to the reception yielding no response, we were compelled to personally visit the reception after waiting for half an hour—only to find it unattended. Consequently, we were unable to obtain the milk. In summary, our overall experience at Picaddle Luxury Boutique Resort fell significantly below acceptable standards. With a heavy heart, I cannot recommend this accommodation or its services to fellow travelers.

Pathetic maintenance and poor services. I stayed in this hotel from 9th to 11th December 2023 my rooms air conditioning was not working, blowdry was not working. When asked for extra blow dry it took them a lot of time to arrange. The iron is not in the room they take hours to give an iron and the iron was also overheating that burnt my clothes. Asked for bathroom slippers that was also not provided and when we went to the restaurant to have food the staff did not bother to take our order and we were told to wait for 45 mins because a family in the dining hall had placed a huge order. We were made to wait for quite sometime at the reception as the rooms were not available however the website shows the checkin time of 1200. Rooms doesn’t have any view and its 8km away from the main market. The swimming pool was so dirty that the floor could not be seen.

All area is bit little space.Swimming pool can't use because of dirt.Food quality 1/5 and food service 1/5.Food service staff to be well groomed and don't chew anything on food service time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
