Immensly Enjoyed at this Palace Feel hotel steeped in heritage and culture... Being a day or two guests at the property, it was an impeccable stay and experience at Pilibhit House.. The staff from welcoming To Bye greetings they are a rare breed that still retain the concept of taking pride in a true sense of hospitality... We have the privilege of being attended to by them over breakfast, Hi Tea, Lunch And Dinner and every single time we walk away with a sense of superior satisfaction. The chef no matter how busy the restaurant is, he always pay special dedicated care to the guests.. His passion for his work comes through with the level of attention he pays to the smallest personal details. He projects gracious and sincere courtesy while executing his tasks, no matter how busy we've seen him get. We wish to close with special mentions to the charming young host and hostesses, and heartfelt thanks to all the super courteous staff , Guards, Front desk staff, restaurant staff, housekeeping staff, Guide and each and everyone working in Pilibhit House who provide professional service with a very friendly attitude and omnipresent smile. . Service provided goes truly above and beyond of what’s expected. They all made us emotional with family like behavior and we left filled with love and gratitude..!

Its very well done interiors , that too at the bank of Holi ganga , though i have seen the place since my childhood when we used to go and take bath for hours , but was shocked to see the place totally converted to a beautiful place

Amazing stay and experience. The staff was so accommodating and warm, took care of all our little asks, and was very courteous. We were a big group with varied age groups and couldn't thank the staff enough for all they took care of. Special mention for the chefs, the food was so amazing every hour of the day, and I couldn't praise enough.

The staff are very courteous, beautiful location by the Ganga Ghat, amazing hi-tea experience. The only issue is the with the restaurant, though they cater to our requirements they almost behave like they don't want us to eat. I understand they are trying not to waste food but sometimes it's very obligatory to the guests.

I am here with my family members for two days. I have been staying in other Taj properties in the country in the past but I have never witnessed such an excellent service. We are being treated as VVIP when we are having our Dinner here. Staff is nice beyond any expectations.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
