I would want to give a negative rating for this hotel. But unfortunately, Google doesn't allow this. We are right in this hotel now and it's -1° feels like -2°. It's been 2 hours since we are here and the staff have their own strict timings to turn on the heating in the hotel. They won't turn it on until it's 5pm- strict instructions from their owner, and would turn it off by 11pm. We are scared as to how we would spend the night here, with a kid and 2 elderly people. They had been fooling around saying the heater is on so long and now we know the truth. The people all over Kashmir were so courteous and made us feel at home, except for this place. It's a total let down. I would suggest you think twice before you book this place.

Nice facilities. Infrastructure was not so good but very good services were provided. They did their level best to provide us best services. We required Jain food which they provided with many variety. They serviced us like family members. Great services.

I stayed in this hotel on 11 dec night, we booked this hotel for two nights, but the hotel was horrible,my experience is very bad, even in freezing temperature they dont have centrally heating system and chaging like 5 star hotels, Paying this much for dirty blankets and clumsy rooms is just not worth it, we just returned in single night, and whole night we were shivering.

Very worst hotel please don't use this hotel and don't book this hotel....very poor service and neatness....all cots and walls are damaged....not even have a proper door lock...not even worthy for the amount we book.... they will on the room heater only for timing.... morning 6am to 10am and at night time 6pm to 10pm...we suffered very much on cold...

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
