        This is and will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I’m in Gulmarg. In addition to the fact that it’s located perfectly with a magnificent view of the mountain range and at a walking distance from all activity spots, the staff and their service are better than many 5 star properties. Management goes out of their way to make you feel welcomed. Food is awesome at the buffet and room service is fantastic. Will recommend this place to everyone during anytime of the year.         Simply Excellent…better than 5star. Unbelievable service and truly committed. Food is amazing. Rooms are very clean. My kids say I must give 10 out of 10 instead of 5 star rating. My stay here is cool. Highly recommend.

        Outstanding hotel with excellent service oriented staff. A 5 star experience with 4 star price. An incident to mention, I forgot my watch there but they called me when they found it and handed it over safely to someone I arranged to collect and bring to Srinagar.

        I had the most beautiful stay here. It is mostly because of Mr. Shabir, Mr. Rafeeq and the wonderful staff. The rooms were amazing, quite spacious, considering we were out the whole time exploring gulmarg, the size of the room didn't matter to me that much. The rooms were always clean and the house keeping staff was wonderful and always on their toes to help you out in any form and at any time! I like how the hotel staff was very considerate about my allergies and that I did not have to repeat myself since they took a note of it at the very instance. The food is amazing!!! I loved the rajma rice, the amazing dal and of course my ever favourite Kahwa! The hotel is quite accessible and super close to gondola ride and many other activities. I would highly recommend staying here and experiencing the courteous and professional quality service that one expects in a hotel. I hope your stay here turns out to be as wonderful as my stay was! Please do say hi to Mr. Shabir and Mr. Rafeeq if you come across them, they are absolutely amazing and so very helpful! 5 out of 5 experience.
