Posting on my wife’s (Kheali Das) behalf: Many thanks to the hotel staff on taking care of a female solo traveler. My experience in Tangmarg was good 2 years ago but then I was travelling with my spouse. This time it’s a complete different experience. They looked after my requests properly in terms of food and other items whenever asked for. Extremely helpful and very polite down to earth staffs. Wish you guys a wonderful year ahead. Keep doing great things at work and make guests stay a memorable one.

Hi, I don't think so that there is any disceperency in dis budget. All things from staff to Food etc are in best way with smiley faces. I hv visited Gulmarg with family and always took dis hotel.

For me its not a 3 star property it is actually 2 star. Room service was very poor, even after calling them 2-3 times they do not respond. Hot water is very limited not sufficient for two persons. I called them and they said wait for 2 hours now. Bathroom was smelly with broken mirror. Electric blankets are very good.

My stay at Pine View Hotel in Gulmarg was truly exceptional. The serene ambiance, comfortable rooms, and stunning views of the surrounding mountains made it a memorable experience. I would like to extend my heartfelt appreciation to Mudasir Ahmad and Niyaz Ahmad for their outstanding service. Their dedication and attention to detail made my stay even more enjoyable. Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
