The rooms are quite good but a little bit old model. They have various types of room as per requirements. Rooms are also neat and clean but require maintenance. Service is very good and helpful in nature. The foods are also yummy and tasty. Room service is also available. The location of this hotel is 4.5km away from Mall road which is the only drawback of this hotel. The bathroom and bath tub were not clean properly and the geyser was problematic.

My experience has been perfect at Pinewood Cottages. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, all with great rooms, great food and great service! An awesome choice to stay that is value for money. Will definitely consider it again for my future stays.

Best hotel to stay in Shimla, staffs are the main highlight will not get any better staff other than them they are great. Best place to stay with family, providing homely atmosphere and food. Nice ambiance with a cascade flowing near by If you want to stay a little away from the hectic town this would be the best option Highly recommended

Very bad quality of room as like blanket, bedsheets and water is finish in morning 4am . Geyser not working, Food quality is also poor. And main is location very bad. Car not reaching to hotel. Properly..... This is my experience I request to you don't book this hotel....... It's my personal review.......

Totally beautiful place bilkul bheed se hatkar, jungle k beech, specially for those people who love nature, peace..... I recommend this property because of the view, hospitality, room service, staff behaviour. I thankful to Mr. Abhishek (Owner of the property) who provided the good hospitality services till the end.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
