Check in time was 10 AM, we reach by 6 PM and Rooms was not ready when reach, need to call them to clean. Out side of full of waste and used utensils, which was smelling. Staff at counter was very rude. No hot water first day. Even after repeated call, they able to provide next day only. Brekfast just ok. When checked bread was with full of fungus and expired. Asked to book cab, they confirmed it coming and we told coming in 5 mint, they send cab back and spoiled our full day. After all this experience we asked to to give us one room out of two for late check-out, approx 5 to 7 hrs, instead of half charge which is done every where. We need to pay full day charge. Not worth for money. Not good hotel. Location very inside. If you need auto go for 400 MTR walk. Only good thing was cleaning staff.

Worst experience! Very inconvenient staff Fooding was not good Even the parking is not secure They damaged my car and are not even taking the responsibility Manager is worst U would recommend you to stay in a dharamsala rather than this hotel! Worst hotel I have stayed in yet now!

Not even 1star hotel.. Fooling tourists coming for Lord Jaganath darshan.. Really shameful.. An apartment turned into a resort.. Major issues regarding car parking.. Swimming pool is under maintenance.. Stinking rooms.. Hot water issues in bathroom... Smelly drinking water... Unhygienic food.. All my family members had vomiting, nausea and stomach infection problems.. Hotel staff is also not good.. Worst experience.. Total waste of money.. Not at all recommended..

Drinking water was smelling. Room not cleaned. Swimming pool in maintenance. Food menu have only a few items and kitchen will strictly close by 10.30pm. Does not seem to be a 3 star hotel. Location is 3 km away from Swargo dwar

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
