Had a pleasant stay in Jan 2024. Resort space, garden and food is just awesome. Warm welcome by all staff and serves you delicious food whole heartedly. Maharaj Vinodbhai prepares tasty ample food dishes as per your choice and hospitality is superb👍

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this incredible 4 BHK villa with a group of 11 people, and it was absolutely fantastic! The villa itself was spacious and well-equipped, providing us with a comfortable living room, two bedrooms on the ground floor (each with a double bed), and a lovely garden space. On the first floor, we discovered two more bedrooms, each boasting two double beds, and a delightful terrace. The property exceeded our expectations in terms of quality, and we were particularly delighted with the amazing Jain food they offered. The flavors were simply outstanding, and it's clear that the chef takes great pride in their culinary skills. Moreover, the villa features not just one, but two swimming pools! They have a generously-sized pool for adults and a smaller one that catered perfectly to our little ones. One of the most attractive aspects of our stay was the affordability, especially considering the size of our group. The price per person for both accommodation and food was remarkably reasonable, making it an ideal choice for larger gatherings. Overall, our experience at this villa was exceptional. From the comfortable and well-appointed rooms to the delectable Jain cuisine and the availability of multiple swimming pools, we couldn't have asked for more. We highly recommend this place for anyone seeking a wonderful getaway, particularly if you're traveling with a bigger group. You won't be disappointed!

Rating 5 Stars for the Food they served. Villas are 3/5 since No Hot Water was available during our stay and room service did not fix it after informing multiple times. Overall it was good stay at this location.

A perfect place for family getaway and big groups, also good for couples. They have amazing and large space and multiple stay options of Villa and Duplex rooms. Rooms are quite comfy, also we saw the villa, it was very big and amazing for big groups. One of the main highlight is their food, they have pure veg including jain options. Food has really nice taste and very good quality. Also the staff is very nice in their inhouse restaurant. Their swimming pool is also deep and well maintained. Also villa' have private swimming pools. The place is quite reachable from Lonavala Railway Station also.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Refund amount may take 10 working days to process to the respective account from which the payment was made during the booking.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
