Good location if you are travelling by train or bus as very close to both stations. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, comfy beds and nice bathroom. Breakfast was really good however it is advertised that’s breakfast is from 7:30 onwards, when we arrived to the restaurant at 7:30 we were told to wait half an hour. We wanted to get on the road early and we had set our alarms to get up early. Don’t advertise your breakfast service starts at 7:30 when it doesn’t, it just lets people down

First of all, not recommended for family to stay here. They asked us to wait in the reception when we check in. Looks the other person stayed in the room yet to check out. Beds were not clean and room service is very bad. Looks bedspreads were not changed for long time. When we complain, they responded as no other option is available. Its overpriced rent for the amenities they provide. Rooms were very small and not worth. They will charge 200 per hour for each extra hour we stay. Very pathetic stay we had at this hotel. Definitely not recommended if you have kids. Adding single star as it mandate in reviews.

Whether I was partaking in a good breakfast or enjoying a connoisseur supper, the nature of the food and the mindful help had an enduring effect. The lodging's offices were additionally important. The wellness place was exceptional, permitting me to keep up with my gym routine daily practice. Moreover, the roof pool and parlor region gave an ideal spot to loosen up while getting a charge out of all encompassing perspectives on the city.

Worst hotel ever The person in the reception is very rude and not responding correctly. Yesterday I called this hotel for booking and I said we want rooms by 8am, and they said that rooms are available and I confirmed it once again. Then we reached hotel today and we asked for check in they said rooms are not ready they said it very rudely and at 8:30we had meeting and they room will get ready by 9am. They didn't even respond crctly pls don't visit the hotel for ur dignity. Thank you

Rooms are good and compact. Very clean. AC is working moderately. I didn't had food there as I was away from room during dining time. I stayed with my family and had a nice time.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
