Good rooms and nice service. There was some renovation going on while we stayed there. The location of this hotel is in the street, so don't expect much parking space and cleanliness outside of the hotel. But, just for the sake of staying at night, while exploring places during daytime, this place is more than enough. We stayed in an AC room with 4 single cots, 2 bathrooms, with complementary breakfast for 2 days stay and cost us around ₹7500 in total (considering it was a weekend before Christmas, the amount is not too high). The property is also near the railway station, rock beach and has accessibility to good cafes and restaurants.

Had a wonderful stay in the pleasant inn with my family, room service was good, check-in and check-out was smooth. Hotel is within the white town where cafes and restaurants are easily accessible. Rock beach is around 1.2 km from the hotel.

Zero ventilation, this means no natural light. The vents have no ventilation, this means if some one is smoking anywhere the smoke comes to your toilet. You won’t able to make it which is day or night. Do not recommend here. It’s absolutely waste. I see many people complaining the same in the reception.

We booked Deluxe AC room for 2 nights at very economical prices during *weekdays*. The room was spacious enough for 2, and the room service was quick. The hotel was quiet and serene. Location is also very close to whitetown, you can find many food options like Dominos/supermarket/shopping street at walkable distance. Would like to stay here again in future.

Good hotel to stay near rock beach. Hotel is in the market area so easy access to every thing. Rooms are good and spacious. No private parking. Good hotel to stay with family.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
