I recently had the pleasure of staying at Polo Inn & Suites, and I must say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location of the hotel couldn't be more convenient. It allowed me to explore the surrounding area with ease, making my trip all the more enjoyable. Despite some reviews mentioning basic rooms, I found my accommodations to be comfortable and cozy. The simplicity was refreshing, and everything I needed was readily available. One thing that stood out was the friendly and attentive staff. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Any requests I had were promptly and efficiently addressed, contributing to the overall positive experience. I was pleasantly surprised by the food at the hotel's restaurant. It exceeded my expectations, and I found myself returning for more meals during my stay. While parking was limited, I didn't have any trouble finding a spot during my visit. Plus, the peace and quiet of the surroundings made up for any minor inconveniences. In contrast to some feedback, I experienced excellent communication between the staff. They were well-coordinated and ensured a seamless experience throughout my stay. Overall, my stay at Polo Inn & Suites was nothing short of delightful. I would gladly return and highly recommend it to others looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. A well-deserved 5-star rating!

Honest review. Only one star has been given for the great location. The rooms were pathetic. Bathroom were smelly. Cleanliness was zero. The floors were not clean. There was ashtray and empty cans under the bed. Overall, I didn't enjoy my stay here. Pathetic,no hygiene, no cleanliness.

Location of the hotel is centrally located and is well connected to old city and new city.. Sawai Mansing stadium is nearly 10 mins away and hawamahal is almost 15 mins (3 kms.) away from hotel Rooms were spacious, however cleanliness can be improved.. Food during our visit was awesome..

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
