It may be that the restaurant facilities are not available but there is some really cool room service available here

Its not Hotel Pooja Residency. It is Comfort Holiday Rooms where we stayed. Its super facilities. The Hotel Rooms are on the 4th floor and there is elevator facility available.

Worst service experienced in the bar. I visited with my friend at 22:30 hours and there were no attentive staffs. One of them said no more service, and said to go to the counter. Closing time is 23:00 hours and they stopped service at 22:30 was not acceptable. I moved to the counter with my friend and requested some drinks. There were no bill printed, just took the cash and gave us the drinks. I choose the AC bar to avail a better service than the Non AC, but there were no difference in terms of service. The cushion of chair was of cheapest quality, most of the chairs were with the same condition, seems no one cares about the furniture here. Both AC and fan were switched off at 22:45 I strongly suggest no one to visit here if you are looking for a service. I visited many local bars and expereienced the service in AC, this was the worst ever. I paid for AC, service and nothing was received. Running order I went by myself and took another drink.

Mediocre place, with a rather vibrant attached Bar.(From a local flavor point of view) Rooms are clean. Missing a few key amenities such as a kettle for coffee and tea(there is however a Mini Fridge!!) Rooms don't have a safe. From an outward appearance you would expect these things.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
