We boarded the hotel on 21st to 23rd of January 2023. We were alloted room no 428 and 430. Location was really nice. Food was excellent. But service compared was relatively poor. Specially the room service and the morning breakfast. We were provided boiled eggs which were stale and reddish. While asked they agreed to the fact. The watermelon juice was so ticky and flow was not monitored thus the juice was not free flowing and we could not have it. Room was not cleaned even after it was vaccant for more than 12 hours. We left for sightseeing at 5 am in the morning and returned around 4.45pm in the evening. Still the room was not cleaned. After complaining they sent for room cleaning and Asking for bed linen change they said staffs were bussy attending others. Doormat was not changed and reason provided was that they don't have in stock. The hotel is in beach area. People are coming from beach carrying sand. So it is very essential otherwise your whole room goes sandy sandy feel for rest of the day This is not expected from a 4 star hotel in puri. Pride Ananya has a name and fame and they should look into the matter. Staffs were very cooperative. Specifically the bell boys.

We recently visited in Puri, Worst Resort Don't go here. They only need money not service. By maintaining huge staff they call themselves as 4 star but it is worst in all the categories. Worst food and footpath food is much much better than this restaurant. Charges are very high but rooms are dirty with smell. Not even maintain proper standard needs. Keep all the attractive food and charges them with 2-3 times of price No option to give negative rating. Please don't waste your money with this resort. It not even a resort just 1* hotel.

Very bad experience. Unprofessional behavior. I saw the Google review and booked for my family trip. But during my stay in the hotel have gone through many problems. The quality of service according to the price I paid was very bad. Staff need proper training to meet the expectation of their clients. The car rental service they provide is poor too. They charge more according to the car rental price list. When I asked for the price breakup they were unable to provide the breakup accurately.

Three recommended areas of improvement: 1. Please keep the linen clean. We do NOT love using stained sheets and towels. 2. Renovate the hotel and rooms. Worn out Paints and flooring are an eyesore. 3. Be a little liberal and creative in the spread of your standard dinner buffet. Breakfast is good but dinner is just BLAH

Hotel is average . Rooms are big enough.Bathrooms are below average. Linen was not clean in one room we had to get it changed. Staff behaviour especially Mr Dilip is very unfriendly and unprofessional. There us no focus on customer service or getting repeat customers.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
