Stayed at the hotel for 2 days. The location is very good, complete peace, although the hotel being on mall road but a 1 minute walk insiade a lane, whih makes it a silent zone. The sky deck provides good viws. Staff was polite, food was good. Breakfast Buffet was amazing. Only issue, rooms little over priced and some rooms does not privide good views from balcony. Overall a good stay and nice hotel.

It was a very pleasant stay. We enjoyed a lot and the staff was superb and extra ordinary. We loved the ambience of the hotel and the location was very great. Close to the all monuments. Close to the mall road. Easily accessible. The most important part of the hotel was staff. Thank you for our memorable stay. I would definitely suggest to my friends and relatives to come here. We also love to visit again and again.

We had stay for a one night they charged 15k for 3 three rooms with zero and pathetic room service. the sizes of their rooms are very below average it's not worth it at this prize. in a winter season they didn't have proper hot water system in their bathroom.very poor architectural design of their toilet and bathroom....in the morning when we asked for hotwater for bath because their geyser were not in a condition to supply hot water. When we raised this problem to.their staff an.hotel waiter come with single bucket of hot water for bath according to our experience. we feeled looted in this hotel.

I am rajiv khanna from Chandigarh & i booked a family stay at Pride Ashiyana Resort Mussoorie from 15-12-23 to 16-12-23 & i booked 2 rooms, my rooms number was 2215,2216… and the person who booked rooms was so toxic & he was like he is the boss there & i would say Worst hotel service & the person sitting on reception at night shift doesn’t even have any money change.. his way of talking is too harsh & rude & he badmouthed my family & don’t even care for the customers anyway. .. when i ask him change he told me to wait 1 hr. When i refused to wait he told the guard to close the gate. I told him that, My son is having an exam at 11am he said I don’t know anything i will not let you go until you didn’t pay 30rs and we were paying him 100 rs and he told me in a harsh voice that he didn’t care give me 30rs change or sit until 8am, he literally harassed us. We were supposed to leave at 6am but he closed the gates and we left at 7:10am. If my son was not having the exam i was going to police station. Pls close your hotels if you can’t afford the staff… & i have the video of that and i am gonna post it on social media, google maps and i will go in consumer court . tourism minister of Uttarakhand.

This place is great and serene the staff is awesome and friendly the ambience is good 😊 the location is perfect you can always visit Mall Road since the hotel is near it . Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
