Pride has always been the best hotels since many years. The rooms are spacious neat and tidy. Staff is extremely very friendly. Standing out I remember Saurabh, he was so helpful during our breakfast. He ensured that I need it to even ask for anything. He was there taking care of us. Keep the good work up. I would recommend Pride to all.

Dear Sir Sorry to say but was disappointed by the hotel. I had clearly said I want to just sleep as I was very tired, but they gave a highway road facing room where traffic noise was disturbing all night. I went to the receptionist Mr Rahul but he blankly said the hotel is full and only this room 309 is available even after telling him that a function was going on in the garden below and that is disturbing. The toilet flush made strange noise after every flush. There was no hot water when I checked in., about 7.00 pm. No room Slippers were there, only one tooth brush kit in a double room. Did not expect this from Pride. Just not a 5 star . Will have to think next time before booking.

From childhood I wanted to stay at this place. After travelling around the world, I finally stayed here with my parents and I was amazed by the quality of service, elegant room and useful amenities. Had a good breakfast which was really good! I miss such breakfast in Europe! Special thanks to Bharat for serving us kindly during breakfast. Will visit again 🙂

Our family had come over at Hotel Pride for breakfast and the experience was very good. They had a decent variety of items on the breakfast menu, and a lot of healthy options to choose from. The food was fresh and tasty. The staff here is very pleasant and hospitable. Chetana and Krishna delivered prompt services for a big group as ours. All in all we had a great breakfast experience here.

Very professional staff and good hospitality. This place is very near to Airport. Rooms are little old but service is very good. Food is OK for vegetarian but non vegetarian food required more improvement.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
