Had booked the full hotel for my son’s wedding on 27-28 November and a few rooms before and after these dates.Had a beautiful stay and all my guests appreciated the stay.The staff was super cooperative. I would like to specially thank the staff of the reception counter ,the main chef, the guard but that in no way undermines the cooperation of all.A beautiful hotel with beautiful staff and very clean. Thank you for providing a wonderful experience.God be with you always.

Hotel is surely amazing, room ambience everything was great but yes their service was an issue. They were taking time when I ordered anything, one more thing is there is a good distance between Lift to Bar/Rest at rooftop as when I was coming down by lift I could press my floor button as their switches were not working and I was helpless there was no staff close to lift and to hence I took staircase and also only one lift was working in this eight floor building.

Travel date 25-11-2023 to 27-11-2023, WORST EVER EXPERIENCE Staff was not courteous and arguing on every concern. No one was there to greet or welcome for 20 mins while arriving at the hotel. Room was unclean after chekin at 3PM , after complaining and waiting for another 20 mins room was allotted. Food was pathetic and repetitive for 2 days ( almost 80% buffet menu was same on dinner and breakfast) Very limited choices in menu No food option for small kids, No more options for JAIN FOOD, stinky parking , only one attendant was there for valet but most of time he was not there. During my stay there was a marriage and I don't know why they have alloted rooms on the same foor !!!! where other guests are spending their family time , they were dancing with louder music on the same floor, can't imagine for 3 star plus hotel standard. By complaining to staff about noise staff were saying it's a marriage """" dance and music is obvious """"" I was speechless Spoiled my money and the most valuable time with my family Please think 10 times

Stayed there for 2 nights. Amazing rooms. Got room on 8th floor. View was fabulous. Service is good and so is there food. One of the top hotels having a speaker in their restrooms. Many luxury hotels miss that nowadays. Clean, hygienic, ambient. Everything is cozy and good. Good for family or couple.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
