Not recommended at all. Please carry your own oxygen cylinders as this hotel rooms don’t have single window for ventilation. Please also carry your own spices and salt as the breakfast is so so tasteless that you definitely need these. Also just don’t believe in your eyes on the photos posted online. It’s a work of very skilful photography. Reality is far worse than you imagine. Not recommended at all, swear to Mahatma Gandhi (PS: this is located on MG road)

Avoid staying in this hotel. Exorbitant Room charges and room given are far end concept here. Pathetic bed and stinking bathroom. They charged for a extra bed but mattress was given. Breakfast was pathetic and bad service from the hotel overall. I stayed for a day in room 7 and room was very bad per the charges.

Excellent experience staying over here for 2 day booking. Just 1.5 km from Ernakulam Jn. And 2.5 km from Ernakulam town. Located on the main stretch of Shenoys. Nearest metro station is Maharajas College. Centre square mall is just 600 meters walk in from this hotel. There you will find all types of big brands, cinepolis movie thetre along with bustling food court in 5th floor with all major restaurant chains. Subhash Bose park and durbar hall ground both are just 1 km from this hotel. Major bank branches and ATMs are closest to this hotel. Centrally located with all basic amenities. Hotel staffs and managers are really cordial in nature and supportive to guests. Rooms are clean with basic amenities. If you are looking for centrally located hotel property, then please try for this hotel.

The rooms are dirty and unkempt and the linen was crumpled. The room was quite tiny and the furnishings were pathetic and in a dilapidated condition. Car parking is a major problem. Will not suggest this place for a stay but what really keeps me thinking how they got a rating of 8.1?!?!!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
