        Best location near airport. Hotel staff is very cooperative and provide free pick up and drop from airport. Neat and clean rooms. A temple adjacent to the hotel provides spiritual energy to start the day.

        Visited the Hotel's restaurant yesterday with my father. The wash-basin for washing hands is located inside the toilet. My father had asked for hot water,which that first obliged and on asking for it a second time, they brought cold water. This was replaced with hot water on our insistence. My father had ordered plain tandoori roti without ghee or butter but they brought tandoori roti with butter, which was again replaced. While we were having our food, a bunch of guys came and sat on other tables beside us and one guy nonchalantly sat on our table, while we were having our food. To top it all, my father is now in hospital on drips, due to indigestion, mild diahorrea and vomiting. A pleasant experience indeed!

        Excellent hotels near airport. Neat and clean rooms and washrooms. All the amenities were provided. My room has AC issues and the management acted immediately and changed the room for me. Kudos to their service. The food tastes good in the resturant and have many varieties. Overall good experience.

        Good and safe place to stay. Near to airport is advantage. Room ambient is good. free Break fast is good but limited & repeated menu. Over all good to stay with budgeted price

        A perfect hotel with a service minded staff. Breakfast and dinner buffets are purely vegan. You can order eggs in various shapes and forms as well as chicken dishes from an a' la carte menu with some time restrictions applied. I do recommend this hotel.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
