I had the displeasure of staying at the Privilege Inn recently, and it was a nightmarish experience from start to finish. The staff’s behavior was shockingly bad; they were not only unhelpful but also outright rude. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism left a sour taste in my mouth. The service was abysmal. It seemed like a chore for the staff to attend to any of our needs, and requests were met with eye rolls and sighs. This attitude was consistent from the front desk to the restaurant. It was as if they had no interest in providing a pleasant stay for their guests. I wouldn’t recommend Privilege Inn to my worst enemy. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for accommodations.
