It was a decent place, not very premium but nice facilities at a moderate price. Bathroom and room were a bit cramped. Living room has some dirty spots. Food in room service is bellow average. All in all a decent place to stay but price could be more economical.

The Staff and over all service was excellent and very very helpful. We have had an amazing experience home away from away. Little more carefulness suggested on the cleaning of bed linen. Otherwise everything is amazingly well. Especially the staff from reception to kitchen staff to cleaning staff is humble and extremely helpful. Great place to stay and value for money

The apartment concept is well received and the rooms are spacious, well-maintained and peaceful. Commendable staff, especially Miss Rachana, who provides swift and helpful responses. The inclusion of an in-house restaurant adds convenience and enhances the overall experience. As a very satisfactory place, I am intending to visit again. Mild appreciation towards this property's efficient services, great hospitality and quiet location.

I had an absolutely delightful stay at this hotel! The spacious room exceeded my expectations, providing ample space to relax and unwind. The highlight was definitely the luxurious bathroom with a fantastic bathtub that allowed me to soak my cares away. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was impressive, making it a truly comfortable and rejuvenating experience. I can't wait to return to this wonderful hotel for another stay. 4 minutes away from Varsoli Beach.

Very nice place. Room was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed, my room provided a perfect retreat after a day of exploration. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend St. Ricky's Apartment to anyone seeking a top-notch hotel experience.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
