        The staff & hospitality are helpful. Rooms are spacious, but Cleanliness needs to be improved. AC is not great Underground parking is available

        Hotel is neat and clean but service is very bad. I need to ask the reception 2-3times to which on the AC. After that he sent a lady to switch on the AC from outside room. And same way we need to request 2-3 times to switch on the geyser but still they have not switched on . So we had cold water bath at 5 am as we are checking out early .Their main concentration is marriage hall they are not giving proper service to hotel.

        Priyanka Residency (above JC wedding hall) Only advantage is underground parking lot for about 5 cars. Instant Geyser takes half an hour to take bath per person. Noisy AC makes you sleepless. Leaking tap makes bathroom slippery. Broken stool in bathroom may hurt you, if you sit on it. Very dirty bucket and cup. Transparent curtain in room makes even day sleep miserable. No towels given. Only one soap was given for two persons. Lot of mosquitoes inside closed AC room. Better choose some other lodge if you need comfortable accomodation in Little Kanchipuram. I think only such rooms will be put to use for any JC wedding hall related accomodation too. Those who wish to book rooms for wedding may take note of this.

        The walls are dirty. One has to climb up a step to get into bathroom. Worst is the poor reaction of the manager We were leaving the room and had asked tea to be given to another room. When we returned, came to know the lady has opened our room and kept the key. When we asked manager how the maid can open our room, he replied very rudely that key is kept with him and cleaning staff and they would have kept the tea. To my Q how they could come to our room when we are not there he was very rude is saying that you don’t need to worry and if anything lost we should inform him. I am very shocked with such rude behaviour of the manager and very poor service

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.
          In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
          Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.
          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
