Very intimate and aesthetically designed treehouses, providing ultimate seclusion and serenity in the surroundings of the lush jungle. Excellent and warm service as well from the staff members all round, with special mention to Raj from the dining and bar area whom graciously took care of all our personalised needs. Food and bar service too was very professional and well prepared, with options galore based on one's dining preferences. Very memorable stay, enjoyed every moment of our isolation in the wild. Though different than that of African safari lodges, this is truly too a unique experience for those who seek a remote and remarkable experience in the untouched nature of Indian jungles.

This is just simply a fantastic place, the accommodation is so comfortable, the staff are all genuinely friendly and ever so helpful, the food is brilliant and we felt absolutely spoilt. My wife and I staid here for 4 nights late October and would love to visit again, we would have no hesitation in recommending this. We had safaris each day so if we went again we would have a day off to fully appreciate and relax in the beauty of Tree House and grounds, the company we used to book the accommodation and safaris etc was called Nature Safari India who were also amazing.

A fantastic place to base yourself for exploring the bandhavgarh forests. The property is located close to the important gates of Tala, Khitauli and Magadhi. The tree houses are big and spacious and equipped with all modern facilities including heater and wifi. The grounds of the property are beautiful, loved the restaurant area with its dart board to keep the kids engaged to the bar counter and the mini library. Special mention to the staff who royally spoilt us with their incredible hospitality! The special touch of receiving us at the entrance after every safari to making us comfortable with hot water bags and blankets for the chilly morning safaris deserve to a mention. The food was exceptional, simple and delicious. They even arranged for a bush dinner on one of the days. Overall commendable job by Ashish and his team.

We decided to spent 31 dec 2023 at Bandhavgarh treehouse hideaway.it was the most wonderful experience and peaceful atmosphere. Our total stay was for 4 nights. Rooms are so beautiful done and neat ,hygiene is maintained. I loved the best part that hot water was continuous and rooms had heaters to keep us warm. Staff we so helpful and polite. We were looked by naturalist Mr. Jai Singh. Amazing personality and so helpful and he made sure our holiday is perfect. 31 dec new year night was so beautifully arranged with amazing food and drinks. Safari was arranged well and we were look after very well I would definitely return again. Thank you treehouse hideway

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
