Budget friendly and well maintained property for a rustic stay. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The tariff is apt for the services they provide although I would like to point out that if you are travelling with elderly, the property doesn't have elevator so i would recommend booking rooms on the ground floor. The food was average and can be improved as i found it lacked variety in breakfast buffet and most of the items could have had more seasoning. The property is comfortable with added services like cultural show, pool, spa, gym and a gift shop.

Beautiful property, designed like a fort. It's located near the main road and the approach road is bumpy, but once you get there, it is a wonderful place. Spacious, tasteful rooms and bathrooms with all the required amenities. The staff is very courteous (especially Mr Rajendra at the restaurant) and we were happy with the food too. Since the number of guests was low, they didn't have the buffet service. But they were able to provide whatever we wanted. They also give a snack bag for those going on the evening safari. This is a very thoughtful gesture. It's an expensive hotel but worth the price.

The hotel is in a nice location, and the rooms have a vintage luxury vibe, with uniquely designed switchboards and doors. Bathrooms are fancy, offering a spacious shower area, and some have emergency telephones, a cool idea. Also, the food quality and variety were impressive.

The services are so slow. You order water in your room and you sure have to wait for 2-3 hours. You order towels another 2-3 hours. The food is decent. we booked our safari via hotel 15 days in advance. They took the full amount and still failed to book our safari. On the day of the safari we were informed that it got cancelled (because they never booked it) upon calling several times. very careless attitude from the hotel.

Staff is cordial At the restaurant, they take good care of the guests choices and preferences. The waiters and the entire team is concerned for the guests visit to the National Park and their experience there. The store keeper too is cooperative. The area outside on the west and north side should be taken care off Over all , a good experience 👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
