Best in house dining experience ever!!! We chose for an all meals inclusive deal, and it was the best decision. From delicious lunch to comforting breakfast, they just nailed the food game. Also, all staff members are really polite and gave an overall excellent service. 100% recommended!!!

We are a newly wed couple and had decided to spend some quality time after reading reviews and seeing pictures online. Worst decision ever! Let me start with the food: priced like an airport and tastes sh!t. When I told the manager why it's priced so much, he told me to go and eat in a dhaba if I find it very costly. The staff has a bad attitude and wasn't helpful at all, even when asking basic things, they reply rudely. Also, this is not a 'resort'. it's just a lawned hotel. The rooms are remarkably dirty and have a lot of fruit flies. The pricey food we ordered was instantly attacked with these flies in the room. The bathrooms are dirty and feels cheap. No proper doormat. It's also in the middle of nowhere so if you don't have a vehicle of your own and want to go anywhere during odd hours, it would be difficult to get a cab. Better avoid this place!

We also booked based on the online reviews but I was highly disappointed with the service. The guard doesn't know how to guide new guests, there are no boards or display signs about reception, parking or anything. We were calling the hotel from 4 to 5 hours as we were reaching late but nobody answered the calls. Very pathetic. The receptionist doesn't even know how to greet his customers, talk to them and make them feel comfortable. The parking is so far away that nobody came to help with out baggage. I openly asked help to the staff but in vain. The bathroom shower was not working at all and water was running slow. I have visited throughout India but this service was below average or extraordinarily pathetic. I would not recommend if you are going there for relaxing or vacation. You will be irritated and exhausted by the end of your stay.. The staff is not well trained and unprofessional behavior.

I had pathetic experience with regards to the dining. I requested for a complentary candle light dinner set up and the hotel staff confirmed me for providing the same however in the very last minute he dinied saying its chargeable. Its pathetic that the your staff gives fake commitments. All my plans were ruined bcz of this. horrible experience. Overall the property is good.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
