If you're visiting India, do yourself a favor and stop by Qayaam Gah in Srinagar for 2-3 nights. A nice contrast from the bigger cities, here you'll find peace and serenity far away from big crowds. A well needed break, at least for me as a European not used to the big population. The location here is breathtaking, a literal oasis in the mountains with stunning views and fantastic nature. The owners have done an amazing job of building the facility around nature instead of disrupting it. The staff gave me the best service I've ever received. They organized yoga sessions, hikes, live music and even drove us around town literally all day and recommended good places for shopping, sights and local snacks. Whatever you request, you'll be greeted with a yes and swift action to get it organized. Do yourself a favor and check this place out, you'll end up feeling so recharged after eating the amazing food, relaxing in the pool and warming yourself by the fire pit in the evening.

Qayaam Gah is an unbelievable way to experience Srinagar. Away from the tourists and yet close enough to everything. Sustainable & luxurious… a heated pool to boot. The warmest hospitality & one of the best wazwaan & kashmiri food i’ve eaten .. kudos to chef Anupam for his fine, delicate flavours. Manzoor and Namra looked are pitch perfect.

Had a surreal experience staying at Qayaam Gah. With an offbeat location, it gives you the much needed break to reset. The hotel staff is ever helpful and genuinely recommends sight seeing opportunities that would be worthwhile. We had a lovely time hiking with Noor ji - a senior staff member who has lovely stories to share. Our evenings were filled with love Sufi music overlooking the beautiful Dal while sipping hot Kahwa. We made memories for a lifetime and will definitely recommend this to others.

Mr. Jaffri/ Owener It was a great disappointment that we were not allowed to enter your property saying "Locals are not allowed to enter property". This is so called 5*, but 1. Website does not work 2. No contact information is provided 3. There is no such information about "your hatered towards locals" on google location. 4.The accessibility is poorest. 5.Absense of easy communication with your staff. 6. No lights available to access to your entry gate. If you looting people in the name of prebooking, at least provide better services. Also, I would like all readers to know that, in Kashmir we have other wonderful places where you are welcomed with open arms.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
