I did a bulk booking here and It was a wonderful stay there.. Staff was very nice and helpful... Everything was managed very well.... Looking forward for another stay soon. I really suggest this hotel for hotel booking and stays..10/10 according to me and my family

Tbh this place is horrible the staff speacially the manager he is so rude they asked me to check out at 9:30 literally knocking on the door from 8 in the morning and the manger literally came to my mouth and started fighting , i dined to check out so were asking for extra money when i denied to do so they started being agressive the desk manger and the hotel manager i req fab hotel and qotel to change the manager i was a regular customer as i had to stay for my business trip but this isn’t how you work

The place is located on the main road and close to the metro so it was really easy to travel. Safe vehicle parking was a plus. The room i got had a few issues with ac after a few hours of check in but the staff was very co opertive and immediately changed my room. Rest everything is good with the place. Suggestion : add a couple of white lights in the rooms if possible 😅✌🏻 cheers !

Worst hotel in entire Delhi. Booked for staying of wedding guests. No hot water was available. On complaining about the issue the reply given by adamant manager was "Jo bhi bolna ho bol lijiye...bas marna mat". Rooms were dirty and smelly. No proper lights. Ideally it should be demolished.

Worst hotel experience The door knob is broken and there is a cockroach dead in the bathroom. Hot water not working, not one but there are a few other issues. Please try to avoid this and don’t get fooled by hotel website reviews 0/5 stars

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
