        You being in hospitality business, need to know how to treat a customer. The night receptionist guy was very rude towards the guests as well as treating like we work for him. He was ordering us instead of requesting. First rule of hotel management is “customers is always right” . You guys need to check if he is certified to work in hotel management role. We were asked to pay full payment in advance. I don’t understand why you have hydraulics in door it’s just for show, door close fast with loud bang. You can have features of a star hotel, but doesn’t mean you are star hotel. It should be earned from the customer. For people choosing a hotel there are many hotels nearby with better customer service and quality.

        Location near airport 10-12 KM. There are a lot of food shops. Service good. It will be better if something changes. Boys have good and polite attitude.

        Wanted to give 0 stars but to explain the issues I need to give atleast 1 star Please don't book the hotel if you want to have a pleasant stay and with self respect. So many issues are there, listed down blow after a stay of 5 days. Mosquitoes were there in the AC room spoiling the sleep No notebook and pen provided even after asking No shaving kit present in the room No brush and paste kit even after asking for it Wifi password given was not working I have given 2 shirts for ironing, they commited for next day return, but it was not done, they didn't informed me about that until I asked it on the 2nd day When I asked about the dresses, the lady in the reception using harsh words in Hindi against me assumed that I have not understand hindi I booked for a room with king sized twin bed, but they provided a room with two single beds, after I settled my luggages here, they have called and told that this is not the opted room Room service was not good, cleaning not happened on day 1 I asked them to mail the invoice and provided my mail id, but they haven't sent it

        Worst dish to Try and waste your money: Paneer Fingers They won't put salt even and when asked for replacement they say all our chefs are from Sangeetha Restaurants and this is how paneer fingers will be. They don't have a wait to hear from us about our concern. Worst customer service. Especially the cashier in charge.

        Good place, Good staff, hotel is clean, stylish room, stay is comfortable, amenities OK, room size good, centrally located looking at the surrounding and known area. More food items should be added from north India, good chef must b some one who can cook well.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
