We celebrated our kid 1st birthday Party here on 7th Jan, everything went well till I receive the final bill. It was a shock after I received the bill they have charged us additional amount than what was discussion. We paid advance amount 2 months back right from that I was asking for receipt and acknowledged for the final amount but they declined it and finally they charged a Excess amount. Really feeling disappointed and feeling cheated. They ruined our good memories, manager murgan keep supporting there staff and never accepted there mistake. Be precaution Room - 10/10 Food - 9/10 Party hall - 9/10 Location - 9/10

Hello all Everytime we choose Radha because we don't have choice. 6 k per room charge and the phone lines don't work for emergency with new born baby it was very difficult.Their bed under looks dirty and room service is always late . In spite the breakfast which is free even though they have good spread . None taste to the quality they charge . Non veg dish everytime have the smell . Food are hard to eat . Idly,poori everything. The dinner buffet the same situation. They should really look up to their standards for the amount they charge . Very disappointing

Great place and the food is amazing. They have a very big spread for breakfast. We ate dinner at the restaurant as well and the chef made some really amazing teppanyaki. Will stay here again when I’m in Chennai.

Very clean rooms, excellent housekeeping, food is very good, service people in the restaurant very good. The hotel is taken care us very well during the flood time. Great service and clean hotel, I recommend this hotel to everyone.

Rooms, bathroom fittings are old. Room floor is of Marble, which become super cold & moist when AC is working. Floormat will really help. But Vegetarian Food is very Good.. !!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
