The hotel staff is excellent especially Neeraj, they are kind to kids and friendly. The room service is on point. The rooms are roomy and spacious. The bad thing of this hotel is that the room takes so much time to get ready that you can get a good nap in the lobby.

We had dinner at the hotel during our layover and must mention a few things. Neeraj's service during dinner was excellent. We arrived early at 7 for the dinner buffet and the food was good. We had the Rum Punch and it was a dream come true for how rum cocktails should taste during the winter. Rum, cinnamon, nutmeg (jaiphal), and cloves. It was excellent.

This was our first time staying at a Radisson hotel and we had an amazing experience. The entire hotel staff was extraordinarily courteous and made sure that all of our numerous requests were taken care of promptly. The room was spacious and clean, and my husband really appreciated having such a nice workstation set up, which is usually missing in the hotels. The breakfast spread was one of the best we have ever experienced and is not to be missed! Great variety and scrumptious food. The staff was extremely polite and understanding when my infant broke their nice ceramicware. Even though we did not request it while making the reservation, the room service staff placed a baby cot in our room. The cot was very clean and comfortable and she enjoyed jumping and tumbling around in it. We also had a ton of laundry to be done, the staff did an awesome job on getting our clothes ready as soon as they possibly could. Overall, we had an excellent experience staying at this hotel and cannot recommend it enough! :) A big thank you to all the staff members for making our family stay a warm and enjoyable experience.

The stay was good. Service as expected was prompt. The breakfast spread was good and tasty. Vishal Bunkar who attended our table was eager to help. Appreciate his help and commitment. There is a shopping mall within 300 metres which is convenient.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
