This is a real gem. The rooms are comfortable and they have a cool vibe. The staff here is amazing, always friendly and ready to help. It makes you feel like they really care about you having a good time. The rooms are kept really clean, and if you need something, they're quick to assist. It's nice when you can count on the staff to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms, well-designed with a modern touch, create a cozy atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The most important thing I noticed and would appreciate at the beginning itself is that the management allowed its staff to enjoy the New Year celebrations along with guests. I was happy to see the entire staff enjoy the party along with us. Now, on food, it was perfect and well served. I enjoyed the prawns for starters. Then i shifted directly to deserts and i think it was a 35-40 assortments spread and i enjoyed all of the spread. I was full with deserts only menu. It was my friends birthday on January 1st and I casually informed the staff about it. to his surprise and mine, they arranged a small pastry cake, bottle of Sula and music across the venue. I can say that my friend was so excited to have his birthday celebrated in such grand manner.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay! The rooms are amazing, extremely clean and comfortable. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. They even gave us welcome treats and throughout the stay they made sure we were comfortable in our rooms! The breakfast was another spectacular buffet. There was variety and the chef and staff were very helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!

Rooms are nice, breakfast was excellent… BUT staff at reception were terrible! How do they call themselves 5 star service. Completely lied about charges made. Then quoted 799 for airport collection which would only cost around 100-200 in a taxi. When come to pay the bill they added airport parking and service fees totalling over 1200. When questioned, the attitude from reception staff was appalling! Even checking in with these staff was terrible, very rude. Would have been a great stay had they had customer service training. Given 3 stars as the hotel itself was okay and the breakfast and breakfast staff were fantastic.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
