        TATVA SPA. Therapists are well trained. 5 stars. However the lady spa manager requires basic training in supervising and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the spa. Negative stars. Treatment room floors are sticky, robes are drenched in oil and reused multiple times. Towels too sometimes are stinky perhaps reused. We are repeat customers and multiple feedback on sticky floors and drenched robes have been given and see no improvement over months. Hair Dryer in one room was in the original packaging box tucked away in wardrobe. I had to find it and open it to use. In another room it was missing. Managers response is its given only on request. My feedback is how is wet showered customer going to come out of room and walk to reception in towel requesting hair dryer! Her response was refusal to take feedback and walking away!!! Spa manager is combative and need to learn customer engagement and relationship management. And basic spa management skills. Therapists offer good treatment and need to be acknowledged.

        Stayed at Radisson Mysore for two days in Jan last week and it was really good. Rooms are luxurious and have a good view. It's very close to Mysore palace and zoo. We didn't like the food at the restaurant but we liked how everyone from staff understood our concerns

        I stayed there for 2 nights and 3 days during Dussehra 2020 (Oct 2020). Rooms: Spacious and had a great view. Food: Buffet: 4/5 (a few dishes got over before the time but the taste was great and has variety of dishes). In-Room: 5/5 (very reasonable and very delicious) LOVED IT! Hotel Location: A mall is adjacent to the hotel and this mall is the best mall in the town. Service: Staffs were humble and approachable.

        A very nice hotel and located quite well. Not only is it close to the key tourist spots but also is in a quiet, green, clean, and serene part of Mysore. The service is indeed very good, cheerful team and the food too was nice. Will surely stay here the next time we visit Mysore.

        Went to have dinner it is quite extravagant we had buffet there were a lot many options but basic stuff. The taste is quite plain and simple which is why we choose to come here the food is not spicy. They had everything pizza, pasta, dessert,soup which I liked a lot. But obviously the price was on the higher end if you take buffet and eat a lot it'll be worth it but it's mostly Italian so how much can you eat really is upto you

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy

          After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
