Good location, amazing hospitality, the girl at the reception is so sweet and helpful, they provided welcome drink, I loved the room, very spacious, they also provided amazing cookies and a bottle of wine. Food is fabulous.. huge variety. If looking for some peaceful time best place to stay.

We stayed in room 214 and we did not have the best experience here. There was an issue with the door lock they took hours to fix it and we were stuck outside with a drenched and crying 6 months baby. The staff were not helpful at all, we asked for towels after a swim and they told us to walk behind the bar to get a towel instead of getting one for us. There is no towel service at the beach also. I sincerely would say look at Caravela Resorts we had a better time out there.

The property has a lot of potential. The rooms can be upgraded for the price they are charging as the hotel nearby are charging similarly. Pros Access to a private beach Big property Clean Good staff Cons The food get's monotonous so you can't eat everyday The room can be upgraded like there was cloth curtain on window which seperates the room and bathroom as that can be awkward if you are sharing a room with a colleague

Amazing grand property on cavelossim beach. Food, drinks, hospitality, room, etc is amazing. First problem is that it has become a wedding destination for rich, due to which loud music disturbs the guests till 1 a. m. Second problem is taxi union, which dominates the hotel & demands exorbitant price from guests. Third problem is that no medical/doctor is catered by the hotel in case of emergency.

Exceptional service at Radisson Blu Goa in December for a wedding! Room 436 was very good. The staff was attentive, friendly, and ensured every detail was perfect. Highly recommend for a memorable stay. Thank you Suresh for taking extra care :)

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
