Very Bad standards for a 5 Star hotel. Rooms lack basic stuff like a disposable comb, spoons, saucers, bowls. Staff at Managerial level is most uncooperative and negatively inclined. Unless asked there is no shaving kit, hand cream, mini bar, rugs, basic writing stuff or adequate seating arrangement in the rooms which are not cleaned also properly. They do not honour basic requests also by quoting rules. Approach to hotel, ambience of lobby, basic amenities in rooms and service is extremely poor, or. at best rudimentary. Best avoidable.

Nice and decent hotel. Stayed over for a night. They have a beautiful roof top view restaurant and serves very nice food. Even more than the food I loved the service there. The staf member prince was very professional, polite and accommodating. Loved my stay here!

I did a group booking for approx 100 officers for an official event. The service and support from the staff was great. Had a wonderful stay and a very pleasant experience. Very much recommended for stay. Special thanks to Mrs Jagriti for smooth coordination throughout.

Service here doesn't live upto Radisson Brand, it was worse than 2 star hotels. We were 3 of us but the room had just 1 towel, 1 set of toiletries. We had to call multiple times and walk to reception to get extra bed which should have been already there, we got our bed late in the night. Breakfast was complimentary but when we had gone for breakfast in the morning, we were told that it's chargeable; we had to wait for some minutes in the restaurant for them to confirm our complimentary breakfast, apparently their data at reception was not synced to the restaurant one. Their overall service is horrible and the staff behavior is absurd, they need lot of training.
