It’s a long pending review but I have to share my experience. It was my first travel with my 1 year old and the hospitality provided by Radisson Goa Candolim was best and made our trip very enjoyable and relaxing. They were always ready to provide whatever help we required with our kid. The food was amazing and rooms were included with all the amenities. Its very near to many cafes and beaches. I give special shout out to the staff for their hospitality.

Rooms: * They drowned the name of Radisson or Radisson is keeping their level down. I spent good 68k for 02 rooms and for 04 nights with pool view. Washrooms are smelly, gallery is having bad smell. I am not liking it at all. Better take superior room if you don't have any other hotel available. Service: * Staff came very late to carry our luggage from car to reception while check in. Nobody asked as welcome drink and just asking us to pay balance amount. Restaurant is open 24*7 as per reception desk with limited variety after 10:00PM. When we visited Restaurant for lunch at 15:15hrs, tandoor was already not working. Location: * I drove car to reach the hotel and it is somewhere in very interior. Overall one star in all categories

If u need a complete package of great comfort Good Food and and Awesome service then this is the place to head to. Great Hospitality and service and we completely enjoyed our stay our little one was pampered with complementary sweets and icecreams of his choice on every visit to the restaurant. The staffs are very well behaved and very friendly that makes your stay more enjoyable and comfortable.

Hotel is quite close to Candolim beach and market area. It's having many restaurants near by as well. We stayed there for 3 days and had lovely time.Rooms were spacious and service was prompt. Their breakfast buffet was having many options and food was yummy. We loved it's location.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
