Incredible encounter. Ideal setting. With the exception of Amer Fort, all tourist attractions are located within 5 km. Since I was traveling with my picky toddler, I was a little worried because they don't accept outside food. However, the staff was incredibly considerate and helped me set up food for my son according to my directions. Yogendraji assisted me in providing my toddler with all of the daily nourishment that they needed. All in all, I had a nice visit.

Amazing experience. Perfect location. All sightseeing places are within 5 kms except for Amer fort. They don't allow outside food, so I was bit concerned as I was travelling with my picky eater toddler, however the staff was very thoughtful and help me arrange food for my toddler as per my instructions. Yogendraji helped me manage my toddlers daily food requirements for the entire day. Overall It was a pleasant stay

Amazing stay, although have to be careful of the rickshaws and taxis outside the hotel as we got scammed and extorted. Which was a very unpleasant experience. I think in the future the hotel should make an effort to ensure the safety and enjoyment of guests who venture outside the hotel.

Nice rooms with excellent location of hotel. But very poor service and insensitive management. Who don’t take any action even after report from customers. Even at the time of check out asked for discussion with GM but he was busy and didn’t had time to meet customer. In breakfast experienced racial discrimination. There was extra attention to foreign customers and Indian customers were not attended at all, foreign customers were escorted till tables and served. But no such service for Indian customers, no one was attended me for 25 minutes and not even offered glass or water on table. I reported this to restaurant manager and told that I want to meet general manager to report such racism and also report the last night issue of noisy location of room at 9 am. I have checked out at 1.30 pm but no one contacted me and when asked to meet GM at the time of check out but again I was told he is busy. I do got call next from junior manager just to say sorry when asked why no one discussed when I was in hotel??? No Answer!!! Not at all recommended because of poor service and arrogant management. As such a poor service were never expected from #Redisson group Avoid #Redisson Jaipur

Great hotel and very welcoming staff. Pros: Hotel, Breakfast is awesome, restaurants are great, staff is attentive, Rooms are modern and good sized, good gym Cons: Wifi is slow, connecting to it is a pain as front desk had first name and last name mixed up, elevators can get busy at peak times ~ 2 -3 min wait, our cards on first day had no access to restaurant floors and we had to go to front desk twice

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Please be informed that your bank may debit its own separate charges from refunds made to your credit card or bank account.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
